Why this exists

I’ve rebuilt my life more than once — after losing my daughter, living off-grid and homeschooling on a boat, moving countries, navigating menopause, and now the quiet thunder of the empty nest.
Three questions kept tapping: What now? Who am I without the roles I’ve outgrown? Is it too late?

I created Say YES to Life Again because honest, grounded support was hard to find. This is a place to land, a space to rise — and someone beside you who has lived it.

Who this is for (and who not)

A fit if you’re: ready to show up weekly, willing to be honest, open to changing habits, and able to take small consistent action.
Not a fit if you’re: looking for venting without action, a quick fix, or therapy (happy to refer — coaching can complement therapy).

  • 12 weekly private sessions (60 min)
    or 6 bi-weekly private sessions (90 min) over the same 12 weeks if you need more time between calls to apply and absorb the work.
  • Between-session support via WhatsApp/email (one focused question at a time).
  • Weekly Say YES Worksheets — prompts, tools, clarity exercises.
  • Custom practices tailored to your goals, rhythms, and season.
  • Optional wrap-up session to consolidate and plan your next quarter.

Logistics

Start: Anytime - if you're ready to say YES. (Limited 1:1 spots.)
Time: ~60 minutes weekly + 15–20 minutes on your tiny promises most days, plus an optional 30-minute deepening buffer when the work asks for more (at no extra cost).

Standard Investment: €1,800 paid in full
or €650 × 3 monthly payments (total €1,950)
